Best artichoke dip ever!

I have been trying to venture out to other post besides desserts. I have really been into different appetizers and dips lately. I looked around at a few artichoke dip recipes and mixed a few things together to make this heavenly dip. It's a must try !

It is creamy and so delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
A wedge of jarlsberg cheese (almost 2 cups)
10 oz frozen spinach
12 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1 minced garlic clove
1 baguette (for serving)
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Defrost and dry out your spinach. Take your jar of artichoke, drain, and chop the hearts. Mix your artichoke hearts and spinach together, set aside.
In a large bowl mix the Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of chopped jarlsberg cheese, spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, and garlic until well blended. Place the dip into a small casserole dish or a pie dish. Top the casserole with slices of the remaining jarlsberg cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and browned on the edges.

For the bread, slice into thin layers and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle the oil onto the bread and bake for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

This will be a huge hit at your next party! It's great with pita chips and pretzels too! Enjoy!
