Jack Daniel's Fire Hot Toddy

On our Honeymoon we visited the Jack Daniels Distillery (Even if you don't drink Jack, I would recommend for you to visit!) The tour guide had mentioned soaking apples in the new Jack Fire which got the gears in my head turning ! We also went to the Biltmore Estate and picked up this awesome spice blend called Wassail. You can mix it with red wine, apple cider, and more! (Buy some here http://shop.biltmore.com/biltmore-reg-wassail-spice-blend.html )

This is seriously my new favorite drink!

Ingredients:
1 cup Jack Daniels Fire
2 Sliced Apples
1 1/2 cup apple cider, divided
2 tbsp. Wassail Spice
optional: Brown Sugar, Cinnamon Stick

Directions:
Slice up your apples and place in a bowl. Add the 1 cup Jack Daniels and half a cup apple cider. Soak for at least 12 hours. (Make sure apples are submerged. Add more Jack in needed)

Once apples are soaked and ready, we can start drinking! Heat up your cup of apple cider until hot. Add the 2 tbsp. of Wassail until well blended.

Take a small glass and dip the rim in Cider and then in Brown sugar to make a sugared rim. Drop 2-3 Jack apples into your cup. In a shaker, mix 1 shot of the Jack from the apple bowl and 2 shots of the warm cider. Shake and pour over apple slices. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
